Puse.ai ("Puse", "we") provides LLM observability and reliability monitoring. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our Cloud service or contact us.

Information we collect

When you use Puse Cloud, we store trace metadata you send via the SDK or ingest API: model name, token counts, latency, cost estimates, error messages, and optional trace identifiers. We do not store prompt or completion content.

Account information includes your email, organization name, and billing details if applicable. We collect usage analytics on our marketing site (page views, referrers) via standard web logs.

How we use information

We use trace metadata to provide dashboards, alerts, and support. We do not sell your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics to improve the product.

Self-hosted deployments

When you self-host Puse, your data remains on infrastructure you control. This policy applies primarily to Puse Cloud and our website.
