By using Puse.ai Cloud or our website, you agree to these terms. If you self-host Puse, you are responsible for your own deployment and compliance.

Service

Puse provides LLM trace ingestion, dashboards, and alerting. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced on our status page.

Acceptable use

You may not use Puse to monitor illegal activity, abuse the ingest API, or attempt to access other customers' data. API keys must be kept confidential.

Billing

Cloud plans are billed monthly. Self-hosting is free. Enterprise terms are governed by your signed agreement. Refunds are handled case-by-case for annual plans.

Limitation of liability

Puse is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or alert delivery failures. You remain responsible for your LLM provider relationships and costs.
